If you’re an existing FPUA customer and need to transfer your service(s), please contact Customer Service at (772) 466-1600 ext. 3900 or visit our lobby located at: 206 S. 6th Street. Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
*To ensure the timely connection/disconnection of service(s), our office should receive the applicable Service Request Form above, and required documents before 4:00 pm at least one business day before the service(s) connection/disconnection is needed. If it is after 4:00 p.m. and you need next business day connection/disconnection please contact Customer Service at (772) 466-1600, ext. 3900 or visit our lobby located at: 206 S. 6th Street.
The connection/disconnection of service(s) are not available on weekends or holidays.
Inactive Account Charges are in effect for Property Owner regardless of occupancy.
