Regulatory Affairs

Regulatory Affairs provides operational support and service to all FPUA departments. The department’s primary focus is to ensure that the requisition and procurement process for the sourcing and purchase of goods and services by FPUA is fair, equitable and remains compliant with applicable federal, state and local laws. Regulatory Affairs is responsible for the administration of all public bids and request for proposals, as well as contract administration, records management, public records requests, risk management, customer claims and managing the organizations insurance program.

Records Management respond to and assists with public records requests; and coordinate, train, and oversee that records are in compliance with the Florida Records Management Association (FRMA) and Sunshine Laws.

Privacy Policy

FPUA fully abides by the policy outlined in the Public Records Law, Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes, governing the public’s right to access records held by FPUA and not exempt from inspection, examination, and copying under the Public Records Law. Requests can be made in person, through the mail, by phone or by email.
