FPUA has repaired the water main, and water has been restored system-wide. FPUA is issuing a precautionary boil water notice for all FPUA water customers beginning today, January 26, 2022, and customers should continue to boil water until this notice is rescinded. FPUA is experiencing an emergency system-wide outage of the water utility due to a transmission water main break. The water main break occurred around 5 PM on January 25th at the intersection of Georgia Avenue and 13th Street. FPUA Opens 24-7 Drive-up Payment Kiosk

FPUA has opened a convenient, 24-7 drive-up payment kiosk. The entrance to the Kiosk is on 5th Street, just north of Boston Avenue, and offers a simple, user-friendly touch screen. Payments can be made by cash, check, or card. Transactions are posted in real-time and provide a printed receipt.
