Emergency Rental Assistance for St. Lucie County Residents

As the federal eviction moratorium is set to expire on July 31, funding is still available for St. Lucie County residents through the Emergency Rental Assistance Program. The next scheduled FPUA Board meeting will be on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at 4:00 pm, in the City Commission Chambers located at 100 North US 1, Fort Pierce, Florida. FPUA Board meetings are typically held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month and are open to the public. FPUA Opens 24-7 Drive-up Payment Kiosk

FPUA has opened a convenient, 24-7 drive-up payment kiosk. The entrance to the Kiosk is on 5th Street, just north of Boston Avenue, and offers a simple, user-friendly touch screen. Payments can be made by cash, check, or card. Transactions are posted in real-time and provide a printed receipt. FPUA Receives A+ Rating from Fitch Ratings

FPUA is proud to announce that on May 14, 2021, Fitch Ratings has affirmed the ‘A+’ rating on the following FPUA bonds: –$17.3 million utilities capital appreciation bonds, series 1999B; –$29.7 million utilities revenue refunding bonds, series 2009.
