FPUA will re-open the Customer Service Lobby on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at 9:00 am. To protect the health and safety of FPUA customers and staff, protective measures will be in place, including social distancing.

Protective measures include:

> Customers must enter doors on the east side of the building and exit doors on west side of the building.

> Hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance and at each customer representative workstation.

> Protective Plexiglas shields have been installed on all customer service workstations and at the receptionist desk.

> Customers must to stay behind the Plexiglas shields at all times and are asked to not touch the Plexiglas.

> A maximum of 6 customers will be permitted inside the lobby at one time.

> Please limit one person per account.Social distancing lines will provide easy travel lanes to a customer service representative or Kiosk.

> All check, credit card, and exact cash payments MUST be paid at a Kiosk or the drive-thru window. A cashier will be available for customers that require cash back.

> Customers must maintain a six-foot social distance to help protect the safety and health of other customers and staff.

> To minimize wait time, customers can schedule an in-person appointment by calling 772-466-1600, ext. 3900.

As a reminder, there are a variety of other options available to pay utility bills and request account services that do not require a visit to the Customer Service lobby including:

·       www.fpua.com (payments and account services)

·       Outdoor Kiosk

·       Off-site payment locations

·       Drive-thru window

·       Auto-pay
